All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Return Policy:

Return requests are to be made within seven days from the date of delivery.
All returns must be received within seven days of return request.
All merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. All original tags must be attached.
Fischer has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.
All merchandise purchased “On Sale” or purchased at a discounted price are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or refunds.

How to return an item:

Email us at info@fischerclothing.com to receive a Return Authorization Request Number (RAR#).
Please print out the email containing your RAR# and include that with your full name, address, phone number and email address.
Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Fischer within 7 days of receipt of RAR#.

It is our recommendation that return items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. We also recommend all tracking numbers of return packages be recorded and safely stored for proof of delivery. Fischer does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Please note that RAR# must be legibly written on outside of package to insure proper and timely handling of return(s). Goods will not be processed/refunded without an RAR#.
An email response will be sent to you regarding the status of your return. We will process your request within 5 business days upon receiving the package.
